April 22, 1991 During the training of nighttime accidents occurred due to late termination of the crash to the attacking aircraft MiG-21MA 1205 with the target aircraft MiG-21MA 1207. The pilot of the attacking aircraft MiG-21MA 1205, Lieutenant Colonel Petr Budinsky, ejected from the burning aircraft pilot 1207, Lieutenant Colonel Jan Celechovsky, dragged the damaged aircraft back to the airport Line where he made a risk landing at a speed of 380 km / h, which he managed to handle. Damaged aircraft was handed over for repair to LVO Prerov and repaired here using the rear of the canceled aircraft MiG-21PFM 4404. 04.02.1992 When landing at Prerov airport there was a repeated bounce from the surface of the runway (the aircraft performed twice the goat) while the nose landing gear was damaged. Pilot, Algerian pilot student Cadet Mohamad Ziari, escaped unharmed. The aircraft was handed over for repair to LOK Kbely but repair was not carried out and the aircraft was canceled. The wings of the aircraft after the cancellation was used to repair the MiG-21MF 9413.
