Front Stbd view of Airfast Sud-Est SE 3160 Alouette III P2-UHR MSN 1606 undergoing open air maintenance on the apron at Mount Hagen Airport TPNG during Mar 1975. The Airfield - Kagamuga (AYMH / HGU) is about 5500 ft AMSL, with higher Density Altitude due to high air temperature. The Alouette III has excellent 'Hot and High' performance characteristics. (Later, as VH-UHR, was sold in the US becoming N606RA in June 1979. Ref: Air History.) An Airfast Bell 47G-3B-1 is at rear right.
