AFlover: I flew on a 747-400 G-VLIP to Orlando, if you look through my shots there are a few shots from onboard the aircraft. After looking at bother the A340-600's seating and the 747-400's seating I would much more preffer to be sat onboard an A340-600! The A340-300 interior looks pretty identical to the 747-400's, which as I said above, did not impress me the slightest. April 01, 2004

AA's 763's do have PTV's as far as I know. And yes VS's economy is that bad, on my flight LGW-MCO-LGW was terrible. Crap legroom, rubbish IFE, food was OK but not exactly what I would expect from a major scheduled UK airline. March 27, 2004

Virgin's seating is very tight in Economy, and their food service is not quite what it once was. I can't comment on their newer IFE system and seats as the last time I flew them (almost a year ago) I unfortunately got what had to have been two of their oldest configured Airbuses going both ways. Thanks for the kind comments. And yes AA's coach seats have adjustable headrests. Very comfortable indeed, especially when trying to get some kip, they stop your head slipping nicely! My expirience with AA was awesome, flew on my trip First, Business and Economy and id definately fly them again. How are Virgin in Economy, im flying with them come January to Florida.
