Outside the small passenger terminal at Boulia Airport. Boulia is a small town south of Mt Isa, with a population of just over 200. It is serviced by Regional Express four times a week. Two flights a week from Brisbane via Wellcamp, Charleville, Quilpie, Windorah, Birdsville and Bedourie which then continue onto Mt Isa and two flights a week in the opposite direction. The route is operated in conjunction with the Queensland Government and is subsidised.
