Is not very common to see a helicopter inside a shopping center. In this case, this one is owned by a car wash bussines man who is opening a new car wash in this shopping mall and brought this helicopter for comercial purpouses. Is not in flying conditions after it had an accident in the UK in 1996 after touching the grass with the aft rotor. It was built in 1963.
