The newest 787 for Air India, delivered at the end of March 2015 with the right engine cone still looking blue, is sporting the Star Alliance livery as it waits for traffic ahead to depart before it can line up. They joined the alliance in July 2014. We were fortunate that day with the weather, the rain was minimal & stayed away for the most part, and the sun finally appeared later.
