Rear Stbd side view of Goodyear FG-1D Corsair ZK-COR Cn 32823 flown by Keith Skilling, during take-off for a flying display at the Classic Fighters Omaka Airshow at Omaka Airfield (NZOM) on Saturday 04Apr2015. The sequential retraction of the MLG struts is clearly visible in this view. The long nose and 'gull wings' of the Corsair are also distinctive. I had the pleasure of meeting Keith at the 2015 Omaka Airshow, before he flew the ‘Big Bent-Wing Bird’ with his usual finesse.
