Notes:

This C-130 appears to be one of five damaged by a hailstorm at Kandahar air base in April 2014. They were patched up and fitted with replacement ailerons from old C-130Ks for ferrying back to Marshalls in the UK for further repair under an effort dubbed Operation Weatherman. Each Herc was found to have about 2000 hail strikes and some 850 panels were replaced in all. This aircraft shows numerous patch repairs to its upper surface as it passes through the Bwlch Oerddrws at low level. (200th sec exposure)
