She is a pre-production model and never saw airline service. She was the third of the six aircraft that were used for the flight test program. AXDN last flew in 1977 when she arrived at Duxford from Filton on 20th August. She has the distinction of having flown the fastest of any Concorde during the flight trials. She achieved a top speed of Mach 2.23 or 1450 mph!
