Notes:

The nose of RAAF DAP Beaufort MK.VIII A9-210 Cn 210 on display at the Australian National Aviation Museum (ANAM) at Moorabbin Airport (YMMB) during the ‘Open Cockpit Day’ on 08Nov2014. The nose section of A9-210 will be left 'as is' as a testament to RAAF 100 Squadron - because it is a WWII battle veteran. The un-restored nose section of A9-210 still carries remnants of nose art on either side, consisting of a torpedo with eyes, mouth and teeth, biting the pants of a Japanese soldier. A9-210 flew with RAAF 100 Squadron as Code QH-D on many operational combat missions from Tadji in New Guinea before suffering a collapsed undercarriage on landing on 13Jul1944 and being cannibalised for parts. She was ‘Converted to Components’ in Aug 1944.
