Today marks a special day in aviation with the farewell of the MD-11 and the end of an era with 80 years KLM and McDonnel Douglas aircraft. Both PH-KCB and PH-KCD were out on the Romeo with Florence Nightingale used for the 3 scenic flights above the Netherlands. The cabin seen here as I boarded the aircraft shortly before the other pax arrived.. KLM used the opportunity to replace the interior with a special MD-11 Farewell look as well!
