Believe it or not, this little airport (very little) lies about 150 nm NW of JFK, in New York State's wilderness region not far from the border of Pennsylvania. This view looks north along runway 17/35, which is a grass strip of length 1910 feet (582 m) that drops off toward a cliff to the north and overlooks a home and gently sloping valley to the south. The view also shows the "terminal" and three resident aircraft (one of which has grass growing over its landing gear). The airport’s elevation is approximately 1900 feet, and the owners live in a trailer near the terminal during the flying season (early April to the end of October). A great little out of the way place (1200x800 pixels).
