The 'Cockpit View' on Norwegian's 787 PTV moving map shows us level at FL410 making 492 knots ground speed on a heading of 104 as flight 7096 over the North Atlantic en route to Gatwick. Breakfast service has just begun with dawn mood lighting in the cabin, and even though the sun had long since risen outside, the big electrochromism-based smart glass windows have been appropriately dimmed by the cabin crew.
