Introduced in 1949 with USAF, the North American F-86 Sabre also Sabrejet was United States's first swept wing fighter. The Sabre was extremely successful and was by far the most-produced Western jet fighter, with total production of all variants at 9860 units. Although production stopped in 1960s, the aircraft was in active service with the Bolivian Airforce till 1994. [1600px]
