Close-cropped front Port side view of rare F4U-1A Fighter ZK-FUI, Cn 4078, taken at Warbirds Over Wanaka (WOW), during April 1996. The aircraft, Painted as RNZAF NZ5201, was on static display during the Easter 1996 event. (Note early design 'Birdcage' Cockpit canopy.) The ‘cylinder’ at rear is a large replica 35mm film cassette (Remember those?) It is an advertisement for AGFA 100ASA DC Negative Film (with extended 24+3 capacity) which I was using at the time in my Pentax Espio 110 35mm film camera.
