Notes:

JA8961 was the last 744D to leave the fleet, and its final revenue flight was on March 31st. On April 16 she flew for the very last time for parting-out and scrapping to Tupelo Airport from Tokyo Haneda via Anchorage. Even though the 747’s history with Japanese airlines has ended, there are still 2 747s based in Japan operated by the government for official trips.
