Airport Overview of Duxford (EGSU) on 01Jul2012. The Duxford Air Traffic Control (ATC) Tower is at centre (with Wartime Airfield Code DX visible). An Imperial War Museum (IWM) display hangar is at rear, and Gold Pass Marquees and Seating are also visible. So are two Airport Firetrucks and a London double-decker bus. (Photo taken at ‘Flying Legends 2012’, during a 0.2 hour Joy-flight in DH-89A Dragon Rapide G-AKIF Cn 6838. Murphy’s Law said that I was seated on the Port side, and the View was on the Stbd side! This ‘un-seen’ view was taken by holding my Canon EOS 350D camera at arm’s length, pointing it 45 Degrees downwards! No ‘Live-View’ available on the camera I was using then.)
