This is runway 21-03 at Ben Gurion airport, the runway is closed and under construction and scheduled to reopen in the coming months, it will be used primarily for landings on rwy 21 from north to south and simultaneously aircraft will take off from rwy 26 from east to west and thus reduce the waiting time for aircraft taking off or landing by operating two runways instead of only one runway (26) that is currently running at LLBG.
