Notes:

This is the scene looking South-West from the viewing gallery at Terminal 2. Photography can be tricky due to the awkward positioning of the sun, as well as heat haze and heat generated by airliners parked in front of you. Good overall views can be had of runways 25L and 25C, however runway 18 and south side cargo is extremely distant, and runway 25R is out of sight. If an airliner lands on 25R and departs 18, you will probably not see it. Close up views of long-haul airliners from most parts of the world are easy here though, and no prizes for guessing which airliner had the biggest crowd today. You can also use your gallery admission ticket for discount on the excellent ramp mini-tour bus. (Google Earth 50° 3'3.91"N, 8°35'13.43"E).
