Normally, a water cannon salute means something good such as new service, a pilot retiring, or a plane retiring. Sadly, none of that was the case on this day. The plane was being saluted as it was transporting a fallen U.S. Marine back home. After the plane parked, plane side military honors was given and the casket was unloaded.
