It's only an Easyjet A319 (G-EZDM) as the spotter in front checks for other traffic. Overview of Madrid looking East from the spotting mound. This site is a ten minute walk from Barajas Metro station. Sun is good for photography from midday until sunset but heat haze can be a big problem. Most movements can be seen but some T4S traffic can arrive and leave out of sight. In addition to the Iberia long haul traffic, there is also a Star Alliance Avianca A330 (N342AV) and a S7 A319 (VP-BTQ) in the background. Google Earth co-ordinates 40°29'0.30"N, 3°34'51.58"W
