Here comes one of the last ever built Fokker F-27s. First flight on June 3 1985 with PH-EXN Dutch (Fokker) test registration. Manufactured in 1985, originally for Midstate Airlines which Wisconsin-based company planned to refresh its Swearingen Metroliners with a fleet of six newly ordered F-27 500s. Her first registration was N245MA, but not taken up (ntu). Delivered October 1985 to Air Wisconsin as N505AW. Airwings Inc. bought October 11 1991 and sold to Alpenair October 29 as OE-ILW. August 1992 to Amadeusair, February 1995 to City-Jet. Amerer Air bought July 1995. Seen here parking in front of the Ferihegy cargo ramp. Scanned from an old slide.
