Beechcraft B300 King Air 350 VH-FIY Cn FL-760 doing a Missed Approach (NOT Final Approach) to Canberra’s Rwy 35 on 04Oct2012. VH-FIY was Built in 2011, and First Registered in Australia on 31May2012. First entry in database for VH-FIY. [It helps to check the photo carefully before upload. This was my second Test Photo using a brand new Canon EOS7D with a Canon 17-85mm lens (at 85mm). The image was cropped to about one-sixth of its original area. I was photographing aircraft on Final Approach to Rwy 35. The planes then disappeared behind the blast deflector beside Pialligo Ave. VH-FIY didn’t have wheels down or flaps extended when this photo was taken, and she didn’t do a ‘wheels-up’ landing! Another photo taken 24mins later caught the plane on Final Approach with wheels and flaps down.]
