After refueling, the aircraft climbed to approximately 100 ft before beginning a left turn. During the turn the aircraft stalled and the nose dropped. The aircraft descended in a wings level nose low attitude. About 10 feet above the water the nose was raised. The aircraft struck the water in a level attitude and did not nose over.
