- Boston General Edward Lawrence Logan Int'l Airport - KBOS, USA - Massachusetts
DL 1859 to DTW is taking off from Logan's runway 9 on a gloomy, foggy evening. Periodic snow and rain showers resulted in a high degree of condensation which turned the lights of all the planes into light beams. The position of the wing and the lights on the MD-88 almost make it look like an X-Wing firing its lasers! Crazy day. Never seen anything like that before.
