JFK hosts its first Space Shuttle (Enterprise, which actually never flew in space) as N905NA ferries it on its way to a stay at the Sea-Air-Space Museum at the USS Interprid in Manhattan. The craft will remain docked to the 747 for two weeks after which it will be taken by barge to Manhattan. Here, the jet and shuttle have just arrived at the ceremonial ramp and, with people in the image, provides a very good sense of scale of the crafts (1200x800 pixels).
