This is the Turbo-Mallard crashed out of Miami on December 19, 2005. The Chalk's Ocean Airways Flight 101 crashed into the Governement Cut Channel killing all people on board, 18 passengers and two crew members. The cause of the accident was a fatigue failure in the right wing. I took this picture in 2004 in the North Bimini Seaplane Base; it was boarding people on the flight to Miami.
