C/n 19778/27. Sitting derelict in the Carolina sun. Snout is supposed to be chopped off for preservation in the Smithsonian, although plane has sat largely untouched for over two years. UPDATE: The nose section was cleanly removed in 2006. I assume it's at the Smithsonian, although I have not heard or seen anything to confirm it. The rest of the plane was chopped up in 2007.
