Hi. What a beautiful shot. Actually there isn't any bulb burnt. On Airbus you have two settings for the Taxi Lights: taxi and takeoff. If you set them on taxi you only have one light (as displayed in your picture). If you choose TO position, then both of them are on. Below those lights you can see two other lights. They are the Runway-turnoff lights. You only have one mode for those lights : ON or OFF.
