Notes:

This Bell 206B crash landed near Cap-Chat, Quebec on the 9th of December, 2010. There were five personnel on-board. All five survived with injuries being described as moderate to minor to three of the pax. The cause for the crash landing is still under investigation as the helo now sits in the yard of Canada Transport (CYOW).
