This is the first Pilatus PC-21 for the United Arab Emirates (UAE) Air Force & Air Defence, revealing a hot paint scheme similar to the UAEAF F-16's! A side note to the registration: While undergoing the factory test flight program, a manufacturer can use the serial number as a temporary registration [SR 748.127.5 §18]. First picture in database!
