RAAF RF-111C A8-126 Cn D1-2 performs a rolling 'Top-Side' pass at the 2009 Defence Force Air Display, over the Strand in Townsville on 26Sep2009. (Note the deployed spoilers on the port wing.) The aircraft performed a Dump and Burn three times that day. The crew had a hard act to follow - slotted after a 30 minute display by the USAF Thunderbirds! Luckily, the East Coast dust cloud cleared enough overnight to allow a full flying program. It is interesting to note that A8-126 was used for Dump and Burn demos at Amberley Airshow October 2008, Townsville Airshow September 2009 and 'Finale' Williamtown Airshow September 2010.
