On the 10th of may 1941 VJ+OQ fell down in Scotland, but it wasn't an ordinary bombing flight over the UK. The pilot was Rudolf Hess, who flew on an important mission. There are many different stories about his flight and mission (even that Adolf Galland shot down Hess's Me110 reg 3526 above the Netherlands, and someone else flew to Scotland and crashed in Me110 reg 3869). Which version is a fact, which is just a piece of disinformation? Anyway, this is a real piece of real history.
