Notes:

The Cradle of Aviation Museum. This nose been recently repainted from United to Lufthansa colors. It may have come from N24AT (c/n 148) which was put in storage at Islip-Long Island MacArthur by 1993, and was last seen there in 1996. The airport is not far from the museum and it's likely that N24AT was scrapped there with its nose section being preserved. (I'm grateful to Aad van der Voet for this information.)
