Notes:

The Panorama Terrace at Schiphol attracts visitors all year round, like on this winter's day. There are two entrances to the terrace. This spot is at the northern entrance, near the F-gate. The point of view is angled at the E-gate where the NWA and Delta birds are regularly parked. When you come spotting here in the afternoon you will have the sun in your back, providing good photography light.

Amsterdam is definitely one of the best airports for spotting. This photo shows just one of the many spotting places at Schiphol, but as you can see this terrace is just awesome because of its great extent, as it is nicely captured by this photo! I've been there just one day after this picture was taken, but the weather was unfortunately much worse the following two days...

A fantastic shot. I flew through Amsterdam yesterday and was admiring the viewing facilities as my 737 pulled into gate D5. I only wish I could have got up there for some snaps of my own.
