The SF260 was a military trainer, aerobatic and light attack aircraft designed by Stelio Frati in the early ‘sixties. Still in production, the Italian Air Force took delivery of a consignment of thirty of the latest version in 2005, 41 years after its first flight in 1964. This 1992 SF260D is seen here departing from the 2008 Kemble Battle of Britain Weekend. It is registered to a corporation in Wilmington, Delaware.
