Midwest was an amazing airline until it tried to be something it wasn't and management ran it into the ground. But once Republic bought them out and dumped the 717s and brought in E190s...its all bad. November 3, 2009 was Midwest's last day of opperation, from then on, all Midwest flights were operated under the Midwest Connect banner by Chautauqua and Republic. Republic decided in early 2010 to drop the Midwest name entirely, re-branding their whole operation as Frontier.
