Absolutely stunning!!! Excellent composition and a powerful demonstration of thrust, acceleration and lift quickly overwhelming mass, gravity and drag. These marathon flights truly push the limits of physics. On another note, one thing is puzzling me. Maybe it's standard procedure on take-off for a flight of such long duration (although I don't have a clue as to why) or an effect of the image capture characteristics, but it does appear the fan on #1 (outboard port side) is almost idling. On a relatively short run out, I would expect all four at least approaching absolute maximum. |

Spectacular clear photo and rotation within 7000 feet (2133m). Shows how awesome this aircraft is though it may not have been a completely full payload. Still "very heavy" though! |
