Some rare situation here , but it is only look like dangerous. US Airways aircraft descending to O'Hare runway 27L (you can see flaps are not extended yet) actually passing EBENS reporting point and this Piper flying about 2000 feet below. Quality is not perfect but situation like this doesn't happend every day...
