Remarks: As the helo hit the surface of the lake I took a sequence of 4 pictures (this one being the first). The NH90 broke up in myriad pieces and ditched causing the death of Capt. Filippo Fornassi. Miraculously 2 other POB and people on the paddle boat survived. When I uploaded the full sequence to my blog some 25.000 visitors watched the dramatic pictures in a few hours but I couldn't be happy....

Look at those people on the boat, they watched the action right in front of their eyes, but at the same time they were so lucky.. Unique catch. Gz, David.
