We all have heard of the long wait at JFK in the summer but here it is folks. This picture only tells half of the story as over 60 planes were backed up waiting to take off. Like the que for a popular ride at an amusement park the line up stretched down taxiway Charlie, runway 13L, Taxiway Bravo all the way to the otherside of JFK. Listening to the radio, the team in the tower directing this traffic jam were nothing short of spectacular and are nothing short of the best in the biz!

This is why JFK has my heart... Best time of the day at the coolest airport on the planet and it is in our backyard... How awesome indeed.
Though this not surprising for JFK, this scene always amazes me. This is what JFK is all about. Long queues of wide variety of planes from a wide variety of airliners from all over the world. Though some complain to be in one of those waiting planes, I really enjoy every moment being in that lineup.
