David As we can all see - and you mentioned in an email to me - the airport is open. Can you or anyone from the Ecuadorian Spotters take a picture of an aircraft departing over the A340? I am curious to see how much space there is between the Iberia plane and the other planes taking off. The idea of flying over the "downed" A340 during takeoff seems somewhat scary. Cheers Alberto

Nice angle and fantastic perspective. I defenitly would NOT like to take off from this airport this days. If the pilot doesn't make it at the first try there would be a problem. Nice shot David.
