Notes:

Duxford Airshow: Ted White's "Sally B" built by Lockheed-Vega in Burbank as B-17G-105-VE, given the serial number 44-85784 and accepted into the USAAF in June 1945. Too late to see active war service, she remained in store until 1948, when she began a test career with the newly-formed USAF. After service with the French Institute Geographique as F-BGSR she was bought by Ted White and renamed as "Sally B" after his life long-time companion Elly Sallingboe. Sally B carries Ted Whiites black and yellow checkerboard design on her starboard inner engine after he was killed flying a T-6 Harvard during the 1982 Malta Air Rally.
