Notes:

A group of British spotters was imprisoned in Greece a few years ago on spying charges, the prosecution depending on the fact that finding aviation interesting in and of itself was totally improbable. (The British press affected equal incomprehension but defended their ‘uniquely-British eccentricity’.) This paint scheme and Greek participation at RIAT show how false all that was. Still, that was politics – this is aviation; these A-7s were very welcome. (400D, Sigma 28-300 & fluid-head tripod)
