N4AZ, a one of a kind bird which was originally built as an attempt to become a USAF trainer. That plan failed and the model became the MD220. This remains the only one of these birds ever to be made and apparently recently was repainted.

To; David Mueller, I would love to see additional photos of the cockpit or anything else you may have on this aircraft. This aircraft should at least be in a museum!
My father, Arnold Mueller was one of the original engineers/pilots on the development team. He was the pilot in the picture taken in flight, I have the original framed. If anyone was interested, I have original roll-out and interior/cockpit pictures. It's been great to hear his stories. He was delighted to know it's still around since he lost track after he retired in the late 80's. I remember seeing it when I was little.
