The first glorious day of weather is upon us here in Las Vegas after another summer of unbelievably hot temperatures. It was below 60°f this morning as an LA-bound American noodle departs runway 1R, framed nicely by the famous Luxor Hotel. In the background, the intriguing 'Janet' terminal can be seen; the place where folks go to board the ultra-secret 737 flights from Las Vegas to Area 51!

Chris - Great timing for the backround! Why do I get the feeling that if it were I submitting this photo it would have been rejected for overexposure near the 'American' titles though, nevermind a screener's choice? Must be good to be the king! ;)
