Engine Failure??? No not really it's an optical allusion you some times get when the engine are running at Full RPM (Rev's Per Minuet) it's caused by a trick of the light as it catches the fan blades a little like if you saw a car go past on the ground you would think the wheel was not moving for a split second. Anyway if this was for real it would be enough to cause an Emergency decent and a May Day call to ATC (Air traffic Control) Thankfully it's not as a fully laded 747 can't operate on only 2 Jet engines as this would have to be a miracle, the engines you can clearly see in this Picture are Probably Rolls Royce Trent 400/ 500 series not often you see an old bird in action in her element as too often nowadays as they are often converted or/Scrapped Good on you Quantas Keep e'm flying or at least in service until the A380-800 takes over that role in just under 3 years from now let's hope it’s going to be even more impressive
