Remarks: Throughout its existence, Hapag-Lloyd has operated several Boeing 737 models, from the early -200 Classic, to the -400, -500, -800 & now also the -700 with its new TUIfly identity. This is also a case of registration duplicity, which is permitted by the German aircraft registry: D-AHLD was -200 22596, and -500 24926.
Remarks: This is Spanair's very first aircraft named Sunrise, leased from Swedish Air Lease and seen here just after being re-registered from its temporary delivery registration EC-147. It would then become EC-463 & EC-FSY in '93 and finally EC-GQG in '97. From February 2007 it is one of the airline's billboard aircraft showing the Star Alliance livery.
Remarks: This was actually Oasis' EC-EKM returned to lessor Irish Aerospace and taken back by LAC. This temporary registration was replaced again by EC-EKM.
Remarks: Swissair appearances at TFS were scarce and when it did was flying for subsidiary Balair. It is hard to concieve how can such a prestigious airline no longer exist.
Remarks: I would not want to be where that guy is when the engine is at full power! The lack of the central overhead bins in the TriStar passenger's cabin made it look huge inside.
