The very famous "wingflex" is indeed is very good looking ! a glimpse of it can be seen - the approach was noiseless and very smoothly she descended onto the runway - greeted by a water canon salute followed by lots of photo ops and media attention.
Remarks: This is the most beautiful bird in Air India's huge fleet. Sadly only a few are active today.

Remarks: First Airbus A320 in the Kam Air fleet, leased from Bahrain Air only a few days ago, makes a visit to Delhi - landing into runway 29 on a nice Sunday morning. First picture of this bird in the hybrid avatar on the database. This is for UK and AI001 for being great company on the weekend spotting outings at Delhi. This bird only 1.7 years old. This also happens to be my 100th acceptance on JP.

The magnificent Super Hercules formation lead by C-130J of Squadron number 77 "Veiled Vipers" - trailing behind is an An-32.
Spectacular site, Veiled Vipers tag moto "Strike to kill" is so very apt for this mighty C-130J.
Remarks: A320 with the visit Sri Lanka 2011 sticker. Fairly ages aircraft, nice colors. Got her coming into runway 29 from Colombo, in wee end of the last few minutes of Sun light that day - as the reflection can be seen on the nose of the aircraft.
Remarks: Not very fond of the carrier or the livery. But nice bright yellow on the tail.
S2 comes into runway 29. Soon these liveries will disappear as 9W is painting all S2 birds in 9W colors - that is the dark blue livery.
