Remarks: Economy class onboard one of the newer Jetstar A330s after arrival from OOL. Each seat has IFE, with the system being quite suitable for long haul international flights - a lot of content!
Remarks: A very wet runway 32 being used by a departing Qantas 738 heading back to Brisbane after diverting here earlier in the day due to severe thunderstorms.
Remarks:David Warren taxis past what has to be the coolest ATC tower in Australia (and perhaps the world) to depart for London Heathrow via Singapore as Qantas 31.
Remarks: The Economy cabin on my first QF 767 after arrival from BNE as QF507. Now these cabins are being refurbished with Jetstar-style seats complete with iPads with wireless capabilities.
Remarks:Emirates 435 setting course for BNE in the evening just after departure from AKL on my first ever B77W flight. I was in heaven for 3 hours despite the 1.5 hour delay, and who wouldn't be considering the sound output of those GE90s?! Taken from seat 35K.
Remarks: Jetstar Australia's first A320 with sharklets and the 100th aircraft to be operated by the Jetstar Group makes her first daylight arrival at OOL from Sydney in a neat new special scheme as Jetstar 416. The A320 now looks alot sexier! [1600px]
Remarks: The "Betty Diamond Sporting Complex" is a great location for all arrivals and departures on both runways - 14 and 32. Good for photography in all times of day, however you will need to be on one side of the park in the morning and the other side in the afternoon.
